Help my old friend Rarebird with this.

I am looking for a Google Cloud Ready Printer that is capable of remembering more than one Wifi Password at a time. Any suggestions? I recently bought a HP Envy 4500. Set up was simple and straightforward. We are using three T-Mobile ZTE 915 Mobile HotSpots for our Home Internet Connection. The Envy 4500 Prints well. But whenever we move from one Mobile Hotspot to another, we have to input the Wifi Password again to get the Printer to work. Why can't these printers hold more than one Wifi Connection in its memory? PCs, Chromebooks can hold more than one wifi connection in its memory, why can't a printer do the same?

I realize most people have one internet connection at home, whether it be Fios or Cable. But we found that our Harbor Mobile $15 (for 5GB of 4g LTE Data) plan was much faster (about 100 Mbps download speeds) than our TWC Internet connection and more stable.

I just find it incredible the kind of crap they produce in Printer land for people with more than one Mobile Hotspot in their home.

You state you are using 3 mobile Hot Spots (access points) in the building...Do you move the printer around? If not you should not need to have multiple WiFi connections to it and it should be accessible using the email address set up at HP for the device or using Google Cloud printing. Do the Hot Spots issue new IP addresses often? (are they dynamically assigned using DHCP?)

If you do need to move the printer around and don't need to access it from Google Cloud then perhaps you can set the printer to Wireless Direct and access it directly using WiFi from the computer to the printer. You should be able to then setup up each computer to use the same logon info to connect to the printer.

Unfortunately though, if you need to print from Google Cloud or HP ePrint then there is no way I can determine that the printer can automatically change from one Hot Spot (access point) to another. This support article suggests it is possible if the access points are all set to the same channel, something that may not be accessible on the mobile Hot Spot configuration.

<edit> Check the T-Mobile support page and you can change the channel on the Hot Spot. Perhaps setting them all to the same channel might work... </edit>

It also looks like the Hot spots can all have the same SSID so then the printer should see whatever hot spot is closest to it, provided you set them all to the same password as well. It's worth a try....
