There is nothing to clarify, the NR should not have been released at all. Its a non starter until such time CCB releases its PEA, which could be months from now.


The terms "indicative pricing" and "real-time pricing" are neither industry standard nor defined terms in legislation. No spot price exists for graphite at any purity level. In addition, no mining study at any confidence level has been completed to establish costs of production, capital costs and other important economic considerations.

all future graphite pricing information will be limited to disclosure within the Preliminary Economic Assessment.

So sorry, what happens when you change a statement? You retract the original points. Get back on the road my friend. You really should take a drive and think about your marble investment. Good look up how many successful venture companies have had two regulatory smackdowns??????
