It's quite simple, currently Zenyatta is being saved by their resource report but if you review what took place here, regulators are being very critical of the "flakie" price projections being made in the graphite space.

In the case today, it was made very clear that forecasts are not good enough and even if you have indicative pricing, you cannot announce it as such outside of a PEA simply for the fact that 43-101 does not currently accept the common terminology being used by the players in the graphite space………… that being end-users themselves and all the research firms that charge a handsome price for their forward looking price assumptions/projections. Actual "end-user" price quotes are not good enough without a cost metric also being presented to contextualize the price quote.

Bottomline ………… if you don't have project specific graphite pricing, the regulars will come down on you at some point. If you do have project specific graphite pricing and announce it as a material event, the regulators will still come down on you as they expect all economic factors to be present before such a proclamation can be made absent a transparent market when it comes to pricing metrics such as exists today.

I think what has transpired here is brilliance at its best as a result of unexpected consequence.

Market price specific to a graphite has been established. Market depth for the specific graphite has been established.

Clarity from a regulator perspective has been framed while the metrics that were announced remain as initially disclosed.

If I were a Zenyatta investor, I'd be very concerned about a regulator audit of Zenyattas complete disclosure history on the basis of todays clarification.
