1999 crude oil WTI trading below US$20/barrel and gasoline at the pumps 50 cents/litre in the Nickel Belt. See chart below.

2008 crude oil WTI trading at US$140/barrel and gasoline at the pumps $1.27/1.30/litre

2015 crude oil WTI trading at US$50/barrel and gasoline is $1.27/litre at the local pumps (Nickel Belt)...

What's up with that?
