You posed a question of Packfan earlier and also wanted my response. Packfan replied and I agree with his answer. I can add that I have read "TaKeNotes and Mark['s]" NPVs and IRRs and don't feel mislead by them. I think it is also worth pointing out that neither of these two shareholders purported to be making those valuations on behalf of the company. In other words, their posts were not official news releases sanctioned by Zenyatta so I fail to see the connection you are trying to make.

All I know is an estimate is just that, an estimate. At least anyone who read that knew it was an estimate. If people misinterpreted that is on them from that point. They do so at their own risk and with the disclosure that it is an estimate.

Personally I always knew it wasn't something to hang your hat on, no matter how others chose to deal with it. Risk is inherent in the market, particularly the Venture, wise investors, as the Chief points out, read the words carefully.

Perhaps it will prove out, or fall on either side, but to imply they broke the rules is incorrect factually.
