i stand by my comments. they are only comments.FWIW IROc is not auditing and fact checking news releases so nothing we will see gives anyone any information in the way of approval of the contents of a news release. in this case there are a few things they want clarified and it seems a bit of a warning about future news was issued. since it was done in good faith it is what it is .no more no less. Leaks come in many forms and some are fraud and some are not. ps: it seems like you feel these type of letters would be a good idea.i do not agree. Binding priced agreements in the graphite world seem to be very very rare.perhaps the industry has a reason for that
