That was the truth of my answer...It was a BD impersonator! Really. I am not that old not to remember that after I thought about it...Wonde or guess are two words of the GROUP whom really did it I am not SURE of but THE WORD "WHO" was in the name of the original group. Am I the only survivor of the Sixties who didn't get spaced out?

You are correct, the song was written and sang by Bob Dylan. Later I believe it was the Byrds that made the song popular.

Bob Dylan wrote it and recorded it. The Byrds had the big hit with it.
