I have a couple of questions, if you don't mind.

The title of the first chart is "Total growth of federal, state & local debt per capita, CPI adjusted, by presidential term."

I can understand "blaming" a president for the federal debt, but do you also blame a president for all of the state and local debt as well? What exactly is local debt in your chart?

edit: Do you have a chart with only federal debt?
