Bill, I have a VIX chart going back 3 years and it is now violent relative to any time during those years.

I am sure you can see historical charts somewhere that show the major change that has occurred in the last four months. until this july, it had never been over 25 since 94. Now in last 4 months, it has spent 3/4 of the time over 25.

Again, why do you think it works? why OEX options?
