I received my copy of Cyclopss 1997 annual report today. Should I be concerned about Page 6, bottom left hand column. Specifically the last sentence read: "However, unless additional financing is located there is no assurance that the Company will be able to continue operations for the next twelve months." Or is this normal annual report language? Comments, please. Jane

Hi Jeff, Thanks for your post. This thread never fails to impress me re the amount of DD and information that it provides. Very impressive, as with the commitment and dedication shown by the Cyclopss management from your post. Hi jeff, Thanks for taking the time to meticulously jot down details about your conversation with Mr. Stoddard and giving all an opportunity to know more about O3. I am sure your thoughts on this company would have been reaaly reinforced and this team will try their level best to make this business fly. Last but not the least you would have noticed how nice Mr . Stoddard is and always squeezes some time for shareholders.
