Jesus H. Christ. We've heard nothing but drought, month after month, and now they get 0.32" of rain and its is flooding.


To get any rain in July in LA is significantly more rare than getting a tornado in Arkansas in January. It wasn't flooding in LA..........it was flooding in areas that got an inch or more of rain.

Everything that happens is a disaster that's never happened before.

We've heard nothing but drought, month after month, and now they get 0.32" of rain and its is flooding.
