Yes, Bill, he's running for president and giving up his senate position which had FL Rs very upset. It didn't make a lot of sense with Jeb Bush running. They share constituencies and its likely that Rubio could have been re elected to the Senate. Rubio's chances for the presidency are very slim.......much slimmer than Bush's. Now Rs have to bring in a new face to run for senate and the Dem running could win in swing state FL. Not what Rs want but clearly Rubio is done with the Senate.
