That's not true. Many areas of this country are experiencing prosperity. Construction employment is at an all time high in many markets including Seattle. Those are blue collar workers who are benefiting; not just the 1% you claim are benefiting solely.

Is it a perfect recovery? Of course not. There are structural problems implicit within the current system that allows the 1% to benefit more than the rest of us and cause income inequalities. To change that will require a major change in the American form of capitalism...........a change that will cause your R colleagues to have an hysterical fit. The current system has been carefully crafted by conservatives with the help of Dems over decades. To unravel it will take a herculean effort that I don't see happening any time soon.
