Its no surprise I guess that you can't understand the strategic considerations which exist with China do not exist with Cuba. As for being ridiculous....how ridiculous is it that you do not see the difference? The US policy toward Cuba is longstanding....I don't see any reason to disturb the status quo ante so that Obozo can claim some sort of legacy or achievement in an Presidency which has seen no beneficial achievement and is best forgotten.
