For bentway- Let me explain it to you and groni who recommended your post. . Not that it will do any good. I will do my best to dumb it down for you. More guns in the hands of the good guys will reduce gun violence against the good guys perpetrated by the bad guys.. Till you geniuses come up with a way to reduce guns in the hands of the bad guys all you can hope to accomplish is disarming good guys and turning them into defenseless victims of the bad guys. If you two morons were attacked by an armed nut job, criminal or a fundamental Islamist you would be defenceless and gunned down like a pig in a pen. If an armed good guy is attacked by an armed bad guy, the good guy at least has a fighting chance of surviving by defending himself. Is self defense a right? It is just insane to deny the good guys that opportunity. Look at how many times a lone bad guy has strolled through an office shooting defenseless victims who were hiding under their desks. How many times has a lone bad guy entered a school and methodically shot children and unarmed teachers as they tried to hide? How about all the times a bad guy has shot defenseless victims in a mall , restaurant or retail store. How many times have burglars and home invaders killed defenseless victims in their homes. Look at all of the victims of car jackings by armed bad guys with no respect for human life. So as I said. Until you come up with a way to disarm the bad guys you are an idiot to disarm the good guys. None of you libs have come up with a way to disarm the bad guys yet. You two morons don't have an answer to that either. Some goof here said he could draw and shoot four guys before one of them could draw and fire. I had to laugh at that. Under certain conditions it could be done. It could happen, but only if the shooter is highly trained and he shot me first.
