I value your input - thanks! Yes, my own worst enemy this year has been myself. I will definitely be renewing my BTT subscription. It's going to take more time to break old habits like feeling the need for action. And checking prices intraday has killed me - thinking I need to get out from a selloff only to see the stock reverse and close the day higher - the fluctuations you talked about. Taking up new hobbies/interests helps! (Not being so consumed by the markets).
