Inactive company from the 1930's - 1987, and then for the next ten years it incurred a 11,480,000 debt. "prudent to postpone, perhaps indefinitely, the sales of these STER-O3-ZONEtm 100model systems ... or if it will continue to pursue this application... All this in the first half page of Management's discussion, man was I impressed! I don't mind negative news, but is the best face the company can put on for a first impression in an annual report. This has me very, very, very concerned. If I have to wade thru that kind of devastisting triad in the initial page, and that is the INTENTIONAL impression of a company report...why read the rest of it? Anyone else concerned?
