like this guy Marc Lamont Hill tells white people why they’re not allowed to say ‘white lives matter’ CNN political analyst Marc Lamont Hill thinks Democrat presidential hopeful Martin O’Malley was right in apologizing for saying “All lives matter,” because black lives need to be a priority right now. “The Black Lives Matter movement has never been about saying that black lives ought to be prioritized over white lives,” he said Tuesday, before giving an analogy contradicting himself. “Imagine if your house were on fire and I live next door and as the fire department’s rushing in I say, ‘Hey wait all houses matter,’ he said. “Yeah it’s true all houses do matter but yours is on fire. That’s the one that should be prioritized at that moment. The black lives matter movement is about that.” Wait. Didn’t he just say that the movement wasn’t about prioritizing black lives?
