Yousef; Thanks for the details. With .25 micron and 1-2 micron field depths they will get fairly straight curing in the resist. Assuming a line will be more or less "square", ie at .25 microns wide it will be .25 microns thick, or perhaps a bit more, but certainly not 2 microns thick as this would lead to out of focus, scatter, absorption caused cure problems, not to mention adjacent wire forces causing fatigue fractures.
