I'm not quite sure if you're for or against what I posted ... it's not easy to determine. If it's the latter ....

When it comes to the aspect of the "wealthy" and the "inequality" between the wealthy and the less wealthy, .... is it a "SIN" to be rich ??

Is it somewhat unexceptable to have accumulated large wealth because one has come up with a product or idea, or service, or whatever, that a vast number of a population are prepared to pay for ??

Is it unexceptable that Bill Gates and his original partner developed Microsoft ??
Is it unexceptable that Warren Buffett is worth over $40 billion because he developed his own investment strategy that resulted in him controlling a company that sells for ~$212 000/share ??
Is it unexceptable that Elon Musk who was first at the centre of PayPal, sold that and used the proceeds to develop Tesla, SpaceX, etc.., and thereby earned millions along the way ??
The fact is, generally speaking, no one gave the above individuals anything for nothing or handed anything to them on a plate.

And there are many others I could refer to that accumulated wealth, having started off with very little, but through using their brains, talents, et al, found themselves within that so-called "160 000 family" fold that you refer to.

The fact is ... there's nothing stopping you, or anybody else for that matter, to putting your shoulder to the wheel, or putting your intelligence to good use, and going out there and making your fortune ... but to continually whinge against those who were prepared to do just that is getting exceedingly boring, to say the least.

And one other thing, many of those wealthy individuals, who apparently belong to those "160 000 family" have pledged at least 50% of their wealth to the Bill and Belinda Gates Foundation before they expire. This is a foundation that spends millions on providing many impoverished parts of the world with medical and other inputs that they would never otherwise see, even from their own, often corrupt, governments.

Have you pledged 50% of your estate for the benefit of others ?
