Cut off negotiations when the Iranian parliament stages a stunt for the world by chanting Death to America for the cameras. Keep the sanctions on. When the Iranian navy does something provocative like sending ships to Yemen where there's a Sunni-Shia war going on, have our ships shoulder up to them, see if they shoot at us and then send their ship to the bottom of the sea. Don't let the Iranian negotiators scream at the Sec of State. The Iranians have humiliated Kerry and Obama before the world and Kerry and Obama took it, got down on their knees, and begged them to sign an agreement they announce to the world they won't observe.
