So your issue is with the legality of abortion, not with the donations for research (which, FYI, McConnell and other Republicans voted to legalize). This has long been an dog-whistle issue with the right. Regardless of your feelings about it, abortion is legal, has been for decades, and will continue to be. Making a fuss about tissue donated for scientific research is not really what bothers you. It is the legality of abortion. You should be direct and honest about this.
