No current candidate has been referred for federal charges (much to the consternation of right wing-nuts), so while I see no point in researching, perhaps you can answer your own question. That is, if it wasn't more than an exercise in rhetorical tripe. I'd be curious.

Can you name the last candidate to run for President under felony indictment, before Rick Perry?
