APA, CSIQ, JOY and X all look very attractive at these prices. I scanned the list quickly, so I'll review later to see how many of these I missed.... that are currently on my radar.

Another that should probably be on a rebound watch list is I - Intelsat, similar to IRDM

I follow MUR. They are doing a 250M share repurchase, and have a history of doing very shareholder friendly moves with repurchases, dividend increases, and spinoffs. Had a couple expensive offshore dry wells recently that was horrible timing with the oil collapse, but they are a major player more exposed to Brent pricing than WTI.
