As a staunch and bizarrely irrational always defender of NNVC, it's fascinating that even you don't have some bullshit spin to explain this:

Why did the April 2014 from NNVC tout that the long-awaited scale-up was complete yet you are touting well over a year later that "progress" is still being made toward scale-up, something that was supposedly already successfully completed?
