I see where there is an opportunity to offset real-time data feed expenses. wsaccess.com

Curious about:
- What kind of on-line trading tools do they have?
- What is their personal phone service like?
- Do they have optional dial-up touch-tone phone trading?
- Do they have optional direct dial-up modem for trading
(non-internet)?
- What is their internet trading like?
- How fast are their trades?

Any help would be appreciated,

So far it's satisfactory. At least you can get to them and get an order placed without a problem, and their customer service is fairly responsive. And they give lots of quotes for free every time you generate a commission.
