Likewise, institutions held 11MM fewer shares (5.5% of shares outstanding), as their holdings dropped from 99.6MM to 88.6MM shares. Number of institutions holding ASND slipped from 602 to 581. If institutions reenter (and they may already have started), that would obviously help power a rally. Gary, I agree, but don't you think the acquisition speculation around ASND is getting a little out of control? LU, NT, BAY,...... It seems to me that people don't want to miss the boat should an announcement come out over the weekend, therefore you see alot of buy activity Friday, just incase. I think if ASND is acquired, you won't know until it's done. Everything else is as Greenspan say's, irrational exhuberance. IMHO Good Luck and Happy Holiday's GR
