Bill,

Is that a double top on the Transports, or am I seeing things?

What are the market hours for the 24th and 26th? Also, what is the last day for 1997 transactions for gains/losses? Thanx!

HI Bill; I have no doubt your way ahead of me on TA, just
wanted to point out that charting indexes in and of them selves
would toss a curve..if you have a program that can get the % of
stocks over or below their avg..I'm sure that will take some of
the error out of the index.
How ever even the way I break them down by market cap..lumping
them is not the same as getting them individually, the amount
of volume could be much higher on one than the others, and any
TA I know of depends to some extent on volume, so TA-ing
a basket no matter how could have some missleading results
because the volume factor is all lumped. The DJI is about the worst
I'v found so far.
