Style, just found this thread. I'm short w/ ya. What's your downside target? I'm afraid we may be up a little early next week, but we'll probably finish down in the latter half. I'm no trader, but I like your style. I consider myself a value investor. When there's value, I buy. When there's a lack thereof, I short. Incidently, I use Goldman, and my guy thinks the upgrade is a sham also. That's one of the reasons I'm short the stock. Good luck!
