New to this thread but been lurking.

Got in GW big time on 15th at 5 1/2 (believe the lowest of the day to enter) and exited teh next day (all position) at 6 3/16. Got back in again on Friday at 5 3/8 but missed 5 1/8. The reason that prompted me to jump in is the increasing volume and force behind it to push the stock from its day's low (it ended on Fri. at 5 7/16). I am seeing upward movement on Mon since most people have already done their tax-loss selling and the general sentiment of this sector is very contrarian (which is a postive sign). One thing I figure to be important is the range of teh stock movement: it may move higher but may not move above 6-6 1/4 until big money comes in, ie, in January.
Before that, I will be cautious and ready to take profit within that range. JMHO.
