No one of reasonable intelligence believes the phony numbers on employment from BLS....and labor force participation rate's influence on the numbers is not BS...its simple math.

Stagnant economy refers to growth in GDP. This is a stagnant economy, since GDP decreased at an annual rate of 0.2 percent in the first quarter of 2015, according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis.
