I'd like to see an operational explanation for the decent paying jobs plan.

"I think what we need to be doing as a global economy is making sure that people in poor countries have decent-paying jobs"

These other items seem to fall under a normal care taking role, if you agree that falls under our institutional responsibility.

"have education, have health care, have nutrition for their people"
