While I must admit I have never been there, I have heard from several sources that they do have a sytem & they do have law.

I am confused by your statement. Could you explicate?

You may pop-in somewhere else with that pomposity; but, if you do it in my presence, expect to be corrected.

The Chinese "system" fits their situation much better than the U.S. system fits us.

Somethings can fit, yet still be uncomfortable.

And, I have been there.
