James, Didn't know about the acquisition. Nice! We have a chance to purchase shares now below 49! :) I don't see alot of downside to CAT since most of the "hit" was applied some weeks ago when the Korean/Asian thing started. I was aware that CAT finances purchases from the company... Would be interesting to know what rates they charge, where the bulk of their financing occurs, and what the default rate is. I'll see what I can do to find out, any other questions you can think of? Pat
