Kerry has always been somewhat of a dope. His claim to wealth has been from marrying wealthy women. He said he would walk away from a bad Iranian deal and he didn't.

Senator Cotton went to two schools that rejected Kerry (Harvard College and Harvard Law School) and had a distinguished military career (unlike Kerry).
