RADAF--my senario is that if the market dumps it may bounce to 13 1/2 but catching it at 13 3/4 or less would have very little risk.

If the market is normal it may only get to 13 7/8 but thats enough upside for me.

I have this theory that the Asian market problems bring RADAF down either by association (Hong Kong Operations) or because it is held by investors affected by the Asian market troubles. Asian market goes down--they sell even their positions in RADAF. Both recent down spikes fit this pattern.

Something to think about anyway.
