Sold my CVX yesterday for a small loss. Sold my XOM two days ago for a small gain. Bought a lesser position in XOM today near the close, will probably regret that later.

Considering VTR as a replacement for CVX. Will replace all the income plus a little. Five year divvy CAGR of about 9%, and the aging population and increase in need for medical services will not go the way of the price of oil.
