Simply because Gore is analytic and data driven - and you can find the open studies he quotes from in the literature. Gore learned from being on the other side -- the industry profit driven propaganda machine for Big Tobacco.

Dynamism has a few meanings depending upon context.

As a philosophy it means to me that processes matter more than material objects. We are all works in progress, as are our social and economic constructions.

Change is reality, bias and context are needed to be understood- to optimize life impersonally and evolve.

Change, or perish. And it can be positive, or destructive depending on those in "power." And that is why I support a regulated playing field/ free market mixed model. Not fatcat hucksters and monopolists who fight change and instrumental achievements with money/lawyers/lobbyists, to protect obsolete interests from fair competition. Somewhat like Gore, I learned it 'cause I was in the Telco Bell Shaped Head world, fighting AGAINST technological change with lawyers, power and money.
