Baghdad is one of the hottest cities on the planet.....I remember seeing somewhere that the average temp in July & August was over 100 degrees F. From what I understand from people who are there....the humidity is much higher than normal right now which makes it feel worse. But Baghdad is always VERY hot this time of year and that has nothing to do with GW.
