I think you're right, Frank, that the deal will not take place until the NewsCorp deal is resolved. It's not surprising that the man who makes much of his money (billions) from sponsoring the Paparazi would pull a deal like that! I have real confidence, though, that someone else is very happy that this deal fell through, and it just waiting to pounce. Echostar is using great marketing and they will be a cash cow. This business is still in its infancy. In Europe it is a cash cow. MV BABER
