Comeon, Richard,

You want correlations on these other indices, then get a package and do it yourself... I think I make my point... they correlate but the degree of correlation changes based on where any two indices are within their "cycle."

I never said it can "MEASURE" these moves. The only thing I said was that from my observations (there you go again, Bill, with that "annectdotal.." crap) when we had a "unified" buy or sell signal, that the DOW moved at least 5% in the direction of the reversing signal.

And as you can see from the current situation (just like happened Nov 10th and the 24th) we had an intervening move in the opposite direction BEFORE the 5% move up... which could have extended the $$$ you made in that move!

So the answer is, it doesn't measure moves... it just times them...
