Liberal banning is for being conservative, nothing else. That's why liberal threads don't allow ANY conservatives. The banning is total and ideological at base.

Sounds to me like someone can dish it out but can't take it. Of course, that thread is packed with total nitwits. Look at "View from the Center and Left." The ban list includes "one_less" who is about as tame and rational as people can get. "Does not belong on our thread. Clearly did not read thread rules." The rules are, of course, "NO DIVERSITY OF THOUGHT!" THIS IS AN ECHO CHAMBER!" It just makes your original post look ridiculous.
