"Give us a break when it comes to your prejudices!" Originally taken from your post ( Message 3015981 ). Ok. The definition according to Websters Dictionary: "Prejudice: an opinion, favorable or unfavorable ( more often the later ) , formed without fair examination of facts" DGMAC: ( siliconinvestor.com "I am surprised that you are not placing the label of irresponsible on a company that fails to inform its share holders of what is going on except a series of press releases containing numerous inconsistencies, and a bunch of rah, rah, rah stuff. These are the very kind of things that the NASDR lists as traits to look out for in "boiler room" operations." BOB: Most all companies create PR to tell of the good and bad fortunes of their recent activities. However there are many companies that supply the world with much less information than NETZ has. NETZ's most recent release shares the fact that they have made a sale to a major player on the internet as many of their PR's have in the past. NETZ has no legal obligation to make public anymore information than it has at this time. Check the recent news from the General Electric Company ( one of your Fav's ).. "and a bunch of rah, rah, rah stuff" DGMAC: (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=3016456 ) "1. I copy the press release into a Word (for windows) document, 2. I then convert the document to a table, seperated at periods (sentences); 3. I then evaluate each sentence, deleting the sentences containing information that I cannot sink my teeth into. When I did this with this press release, I ended with a blank document." Bob: Your interpretation and analysis of PR seems interesting in that you would delete the lines you don't understand. and end up with a blank page. "I cannot sink my teeth into." Seems that if we took many of your posts to the thread and applied a factual criterion to each line we could end up with many blank pages. DGMAC: ( Message 3006606 ) "be very careful buying with what is going on. There appears to be a lot of insider selling, possibly indicating the departure of one or more of the principals. This stock may be one of the most risky of all penny's." Bob: Your posts of speculation based on the recent trading activity are a wild piece of imagination and your continued inferences of insider selling are at best reckless. Your recent negativity of the NETZ information supplied in the PR's seems to be a effort to create a negative vision for the company and therefore an expectation of a lower stock price. Your efforts to provide what I see as a unsubstantiated vision of " crap, boiler room " or law breaking company seems criminal in it's self. Your less than factual posts seem designed to manipulate the price of the stock to lower levels. DGMAC: (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=3016954 ) "If you think the stock price is going to quit falling without NETZ making a real press release, real dates, real promises, & real facts , your full of sh@*. Who are you trying to BS, yourself, or somebody into buying more of this crap." Bob: The world of NETZ according to a person with 25 years of experience having fairly examined the facts? Hardly, just a statement full of prejudices! DGMAC: ( Message 3016913 )"What are you talking about? I don't know of any prejudices that I have posted." Bob: Seems most of your posts are full of prejudices. DGMAC: ( Message 3006496 ) Friday, Dec 19 1997 10:07AM EST: " I don't expect NETZ to be the next Intel/Microsoft, but I like what I see, and hope they make it." Bob: This statement goes well with the " crap " statement from above. DGMAC: ( Message 3004561 ) Friday, Dec 19 1997 12:04AM EST: "the next five moves that I see will be sell, sell, sell, sell & sell." Bob: This looks to me like another piece of very prejudice posting. And since on Friday morning the bid started at 0.165 and we witnessed several buys at the ask you were wrong. ( or should I say wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong & wrong. ) DGMAC:( Message 3015981 )"First, I find it odd that you accuse me of being irresponsible." Bob: Who wouldn't? It seems to me all who post to these public forums must be very, very sure of what they are saying and be prepared to stand behind any statements to the fullest extent of the law. If I post what may seem as speculation to myself and someone knowing and or not knowing of my supposed many years of experience reads the post and considers it a fact upon which they act my post may become evidence in legal proceedings. The numbers of legal proceedings arising from this type of forum seem to be growing. Ok enough. I would think that most on this thread would appreciate an opinion, favorable or unfavorable, if formed with a fair examination of facts and posted without efforts of sensationalism.
