jcssms -- you know what's sad yet morbidly funny?

I've helped more people out financially than Seymour ever has by encouraging them to dump this trash from $6, $5, $4, $3, $2, $1.50, and now $1.35.

Those who listened saved a ton or even made money on the short side. Those who instead listened to Seymour got their asses handed back to them on a platter while Seymour gives himself a retroactive raise and bonus then has the nerve to act like he's on their side even after a bullshit "we've scaled up" press release and a bullshit ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Oh my!

rawnoc, I owe you an apology .. and a thank you.i first bought nnvc many years ago[first bird flu scare. have been adding of and on since when you showed up on this board, I figured you were a paid basher..i put you on ignore, as I did not want a stranger bashing the stock I expected to make a LOT of money on...when they announced ebolacide 2 I told a few friends about it.. oneold friend was a wall street analyst, now a realestate developer in fla.. his initial reponse was not good[ might have read the sa article], but being an ex analyst he told me to get out... a few months ago he was visiting his daughter in conn and took a ride to look at the Shelton facility. there was nobody there. he then went to the town and looked at the realestate transactions he called me from conn and said get out now !! I did not, still a believer. I did, however take you off ignore and started to listen.... being a victim of a Ponzi sceme many years ago[ the guy was very slick] I finally realized that... this investment had some of the same earmarks...I finally sold all my shares at just about break even..thanks to you and others I saved tens of thousands of dollars....p.s. my real estate friend said there is no way in hell that builing is worth 16 million.. AND, they only took out permits for 330k ???? I think it is too late for many shareholders to sell now as they are way underwater. anyway, thanks for your insight...

Menon Has Helped Destroy Substantial Shareholder Value at NNVC

seekingalpha.com

Menon is part of the Leo Ehrlich and Eugene Seymour triad of value destruction that has created substantial shareholder losses at Nanoviricides. Ehrlich and Seymour were previously responsible for the public company wipeout at StatSure Diagnostic Systems, a hyped-up company in the 1990s that ultimately went to zero after stringing investors along for years.

NNVC is subject to a host of obscure related party transactions. These relationships have already been written about extensively, so I won't rehash them. Based on their histories, these are not people you should trust with your capital.

StatSure Diagnostics: Ehrlich and Seymour Wipeout

NanoViricides: Ehrlich, Seymour, and Menon Wipeout in Progress

NNVC has used related party transactions to funnel shareholder capital away from the public shell. It seems that the company is likely only a public shell and little or nothing more. As seen above, there is a high probability that CTIX also fits this description.

NNVC has obscure message board touts that seem to post inside information about the company and/or have direct access to executives. As discussed below, CTIX seems to have pursued offshore boiler rooms.

Etc.

Some very good DD on the NNVC Yahoo board today. Also, for the past several days. I need to look at the posts every day instead of every week or two.
