That is the only way to not sign such an agreement. but it's good to be reminded occasionally that privacy is dead. PS: I'd be more concerned if I carried a smart phone and my location was being tracked. The trackers would know exactly where I walk my dog :) But the track comes in useful if you ever need an alibi
