Thanks, Bonnie! That was a pretty shrewd call on bonds/gold/oil.

What's Yardeni saying about the stock market now? I ought to know but I can't remember.

My impression is that analysts who are good on bonds are very very good and analysts who are good on stocks just got lucky for a while.

Here's the latest free report from Yardeni. It pretty well supports my own outlook except that I am too impatient for things to unfold the way they are outlined here. Nothing very definite about the stock market except that it's overvalued and greatly at risk. I guess there's no rush about getting into gold, either.

Looks like bonds are the thing, especially US treasuries--if the report is correct.

Too bad for me that I have a large commitment to oil. Think I'll just hold on, though.
