Yeah, yeah.....I've heard the same words for PA which is the family case I'm talking about, in fact there are two cases. The fathers in both cases just thumb their noses at the orders of the courts......want to go after their salaries, they just change jobs (these deadbeats are not rocket scientists).... Also in NY small claims court, judgements against someone is a total joke...... contractors who screw you simply ignore the judgements against them and I would bet NH is no different.
