INTC Jan98 put is the short cut to fortune. :)

Intel cancelled the price-cut for 4Q96. The best selling Intel processor is Penium-166 @$250.

In this 4Q97, Intel not only have to make a steeper price cut, they were forced to move 1Q98 price to this quarter to meet the sub-$1,000 PC market trend. Thus, the best selling Intel processor for 4Q/97 is Pentium MMX 166 @$125!

Only fools would expect that Intel will do as great as 4Q/96 while Intel's best selling CPU is halfpriced now. BTW, did I mention that Intel is getting less market share again during 4Q97?

This is the money game. Get it from fools. You deserve it!
