I disagree that the ROI on taxpayer dollars for education is good. The outrageous multi trillion dollar student loan program has made debtors out of many Americans with little or no benefit.

I am in favor of dismantling the current university system and replacing it with a modern system that allow anyone to get an education in important areas like math, science, engineering, systems, business and others -- at minimal cost.

There is no reason at all for teaching, e.g., music history at every university in the country. Or business law, or any economics or accounting course, or many others. It is time to move on.

So,no, the ROI on the current education system is terrible, overall.
