I remember reading that a great depression could never happen again
because there are so very many government workers on the payroll-
I guess that has changed..
am watching the Koreans near me rebuilding a fruit stand they just
bought from some Israelis(speak of the devil )..the Israelis couldn't
make it work(don't know how that fits into the scheme of things..
also I don't think Soros is making many of the decisions these days..
he appears to be spending more time giving away his money to the
Eastern countries..(wonder if Bill and Warren are listening)
anyways..the Koreans are working non stop and the place should be
open in less than two weeks since they started working on it..
is that what they are talking about by industrious Koreans...I
wonder if one can generalize..
the only hitch as I mentioned before I heard the head of Pier One
speak on tv and he said he has worked with the Asians for over 35 years and he has utter faith in a speedy recovery..unless the Chinese
devalue...(hope I got that straight)

(I get a kick out of these foreign countries hiring these consultants
to help get it right..I thought so much of the problem was foreign
money flooding in in the first place to create these bubbles and
investment bankers getting high pay on the way up and on the way down..
